    Hi,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I’m using your plugin and encountered a few issues I’d like assistance with. Below are the details, along with links to screenshots for reference:

    1. Cart Page (Screenshot: Cart Page Link)
      • Currently, the quantity column displays “1” when a user selects 5kg (as shown under the product name). I’d like the quantity column to reflect “5kg” instead.
      • Additionally, the customer should be able to increase the amount directly in the quantity column by increments of 1kg or x amount.
    2. Product Page (Screenshot: Product Page Link)
      • The text in the quantity field appears white, can’t read.
      • There’s also an extra quantity selector next to the “Add to Cart” button, which I’d like to remove since customers can already adjust the weight by kilograms in the input field.
    3. Improvement Suggestion
      • It would be great to have plus (+) and minus (?) buttons integrated into the input box to make quantity adjustments easier for customers.

I’d greatly appreciate your guidance on resolving these issues. Thank you for your support!

    Hi,
thank you very much for your contact.

    1. the quantity in the shopping cart comes directly from WooCommerce.
There is no way to add a surfix there, e.g. kg.
    2. If the font is invisible, it is probably due to the styles in the template and you should look for the problem there.
After testing with basic templates, such a problem does not appear, so verify that somewhere the white font color has not crept in, which causes the problem.
As for the add button, it cannot be removed.
You can possibly select “sold individually” in the product settings.
    3. Here, similar to point two.
There is probably a problem with the styles.
WooCommerce allows you to change the quantity with arrows, so verify if there is also a problem on some base theme such as Storefront.

If you have any questions, let us know.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. I tried using the “Sold Individually” option, and while it works on its own, it stops functioning correctly when used alongside the plugin

    Hi,
I will frankly admit that in my case I have not noted this problem.
Perhaps it is caused by the theme.
Try changing it to Storefront, for example, and verify if the problem still occurs.
If that doesn’t help, also try to rule out a plugin conflict.
If you have any additional questions, please contact me.
