elements of page missing on public preview links

Our site uses the pro version of Kadence theme and makes extensive use of Kadence Elements for things like article headings, footers, CTA blocks etc.
When we generate a public preview link,, then use it to view the page while logged in, the page looks exactly as designed, but if viewing incognito or logged out, the main page content loads but none of the Kadence Elements do, meaning the page looks completely different.
Is this an issue you’ve seen before? Is there any way I can force the entire page to appear in the public previews?
