Email not sent on import

  • Hi There,

    I’m using the Mail Options to send a customized email when users are imported but the email is no longer sending? Any ideas on why this is? I tested sending the WordPress email with login details and that works fine.

    It is possible that emails are sent but do not arrive. In that case you would have a deliverability problem that has nothing to do with this plugin.

    You can check it by installing an email log, for example this plugin prepares it for you: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

    There you can check if the emails go out, but do not arrive and if so, fix that problem by connecting with any of the SMTP plugins to an SMTP account from which you write WordPress.
