PDF Download issue

    Hello,

    Is there any way I can exclude a specific section from the page when generating the PDF (e.g., price, ACF fields, etc.)? Additionally, can we exclude the footer and header? Do we need to purchase the premium plugin to access these features? Please confirm as soon as possible.

    When I click the PDF button, I sometimes get a “popup close” message. I have checked in a private window as well. Also, the section moves to the top of the page, and the PDF is not generating. What could be causing the issue?

    Additionally, I am getting extra white space at the top of the PDF. I am waiting for your prompt response.

    Hi,

    When using the Full Page to PDF capture option you can hide unwanted content via JS in the Pro version of the plugin. If you do not use this option you can hide parts of the content using the Custom CSS option in the plugin settings.

    Unfortunately we do not know what the problem with white space in the content is related to. Please try using the PDF generation button at the top of the page.
