    Hi,

Based on advice from my host, ipower for a staging site solution, I downloaded and activated the free version of WP Staging.

All seemed good until I tried to access the staging site. I received the following error message:

    File /hermes/bosnacweb02/bosnacweb02aa/b71/ipw.premiershowerdoor/public_html/premier-staging/wp-content/plugins/thegem-blocks/data/content.xml does not exist.

    Thank you

    Adam

    Hi Adam!
I believe this file exceeds 8MB, so you need to change the “Maximum File Size (MB)” value at (WP STAGING > Settings), then update this staging site or create a new one and you won’t get this issue.

    Thanks,
    Alaa

    Alaa,

Thanks for your response, unfortunately that did not solve my issue. I bumped it to 16MB.

    Any other suggestions regarding settings?

    Thank you

    Hi Adam,

how big is that file on your live site?
If it’s bigger than 16MB, then the value needs to be adjusted even further.

If it still fails, feel free to contact our premium support which is eligible even for users of the free version if there are technical issues.

I can see the file size is 47.8 MB, so you need to enter a higher value for “Maximum File Size (MB)”, something like “60 MB” should be enough.

    Hi Alaa,

This did the trick, thank so much!
