Hello support,

We have a Divi site, running Woo and added this plugin. In Divi a global header and footer is setup for all pages, so also for the page where the shop is shown – filters included. At first all was working well, but since an update (don’t know when exactly), the header and footer on the page where the filter plugin is active, are not shown correct.

This is how it should look:

And this is the shop page:

The header with menu and logo is way to high, and is now white, menu text is reverted to default text.

In the footer I have the same issue: all layout is gone.

All is updated: WordPress (6.7.1), Woocommerce (9.5.2), Advanced AJAX plugin BeRocket (1.6.7.1), other plugins, themes, PHP = 8.1.29

Please advice?

In addition:
I deactivated the global header and footer for the shop page, where this plugin is running and created a ‘local’ header/footer. But still the header/footer look the same

Is it only on the shop page or on category/attribute/custom pages too?

Hi Dmytro,

The plugin broke everything with DIVI. Please fix it or let us the possibility to rollback to an older version.

Hi,

You can install the older version here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/advanced/ . Scroll to the ‘Previous Versions’ section, choose the version you need from the dropdown and download.

Do you have the most recent version of the Divi theme?

I tried to install an older version but still broken. Yes I got the last version of DIVI.

Hello,

Please try to change the Shop page option in the WooCommerce settings to another page, save the settings, and then change it back to the default.

I already tried that but as soon as I change the setting for that page back to ‘Woo commerce shopping page’, the issue remains.
