    Yes, WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is a free plugin when you use with its standalone version allowing you to be able to use its multi-currency feature.

    However, it seems that you have WPML activated in your site and for that reason, it requires WPML String Translation. In that way, you can fully translate your WooCommerce website.
