    Hi,

    We have checked again and this issue occurred because, at the time those comments were originally posted, the review module wasn’t yet active, and by default it added one star for those old comments whereas it could have added 5 star for them or none.

    To resolve this, we’ve raised a GitHub ticket to make improvements. Now, It will add 5 stars for all old comments which were posted before activation of rating module. We believe this will improve the user experience, but we’d love to hear your thoughts on the default 5-star rating. Please let us know if you have any concerns or suggestions.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes indeed, those comments were there before activating the rating module. What do I need to do to get the 5-star rating? Wait for an update and perhaps deactivate/reactivate the plugin?

    Yes, you need to wait for the upcoming update, as this issue will be addressed in it. Once the update is released, we will inform you. We kindly request your patience in the meantime.

    We’ve recently released an update that addresses this concern. Please update the plugin to version 1.41, clear the cache once and give it a try. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.
