    Can you please try deactivating the plugin or switching the theme for testing purpose only.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your prompt response and suggestion.

    I have tried deactivating the plugin and switching to the parent Twenty Twenty-Five theme for testing purposes. With the parent theme, the email is sent successfully. However, I am using a child theme of Twenty Twenty-Five, and the email is not being sent when the child theme is active.

    Additionally, I noticed that when I activate the SJB layout of the plugin, the email is sent without any issues. However, when I use the Theme layout, the email is not sent. I also observed that if the SJB layout fetches my custom header and footer, the email functionality stops working as well.

    Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can ensure the email functionality works correctly with the child theme, the Theme layout, and the custom header and footer?
