Does this Plugin Exist?

Hi all. I’m going to be having a contest soon where I’ll have users submit users to me, and I want to be able to have a way to have the videos receive votes.

The person with the most votes on their video wins.

Anyone know of anything?

Id also like to make it so you have to be registered to vote, and that you can only vote once, if possible.
