How to change the top menu. need help

  • Hello everyone. I’m using the theme Autofocus for my website. I love it and graphically has a great impact. The problem is I’m quite new in wordpress and I’m not so good in programming, so I’d like to know if anyone can help me to change the menu like this one: https://www.blog.taikochao.com/

    I also have another problem with the menu. I wanna create few pages with the lyrics of my band. Now those lyrics should be in a subpage under the page “Lyrics” showed in the menu. The problem is when I create all of these pages I don’t want to show all of them in the menu. How ca I do to see only “Lyrics” in the menu?
