Help disconnecting from Jetpack (professional)

The Happiness Engineers made me happy today.
I had decided to migrate from a self-hosted blog (too expensive) to WordPress.com and I had problems with Jetpack (professional). I was receiving e-mails I couldn’t action because I couldn’t manually disconnect from Jetpack. The Happiness Engineers were able to disconnect me behind the scenes. I’m now happy.
