Form field in header slider

    I have purchased the PRO version and I am slowly customizing it. I am stuck on the slider. And I have three difficulties.

    First, I do not know how to add a form to the slider like the one on the demo page – https://www.honeypress-pro.spicesthemes.com. There, the form is nice, legible and has rounded corners. It looks ugly on mine, but I did everything in additional CSS and. Is there an easier method to obtain such a form?

    Second. I set a movie as the background. However, I cannot obtain a fixed height for the displayed movie. The wider the screen (proportions), the image – the played movie, is increasingly narrower. Such a narrow horizontal strip that cuts out 2/3 of the frame.

    Third thing. When I watch the page on iPhone, the movie opens as a separate player. When I close it, everything works properly.

    If someone has an idea how to solve this, I will be grateful for help and suggestions.
