    Hi there.

    I’m running into an issue where test emails are not getting delivered. I’ve tried a few different email addresses to make sure.

    I’ve got it set up through Brevo, the DNS records are added and confirmed. All things are showing that set up is correct and the DNS records are accepted. I checked the logs and there are no errors there but yet still not emails coming through. Nothin in spam either.

    I don’t even know how or what to troubleshoot next.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @jackiezimmerman,

    Thanks for reaching out! Please check the “Debug Events” tab under the WP Mail SMTP -> Tools section to see if any error events have been recorded. For more information, please review this guide.

    Additionally, if possible, try temporarily switching to a different mailer to determine if the issue is related to Brevo. If it is, you can contact them for more information.
