Menu Items showing up in the top of the blog

  • I have just installed the blog and it was working fine but now I am getting these lines at the top of my blog by the name of the blog and when I hit a topic to look at they turn into menu directional buttons to go forward or backward to the next postings. Here are links to what I am seeing.
    Line Left Side
    Line Right Side
    Menu option now Left Side
    Menu Option Right Side

    Can anyone tell me if they know what code is causing this. I really don’t like this if thats the way it is going to be.

    I will take all the help I can get here.

    DUH!!!!!!!!!!! I had some code in the css that caused the page menu’s to jump to the top. All fixed.
