    I’m having a problem with the plugin seeming to disconnect from Stripe.
    When a user wants to purchase, they get the following error: ‘expired and recall’.
    I checked the log and this is what I see multiple times:

    2025-01-29T16:48:23+00:00 Debug <——————- WebToffee Stripe Payment ( Calvagni – Charge – Order #8714 ) ——————->
    stdClass Object
    (
    [scalar] => expired and recall
    )

    The only way to fix it is to disconnect from Stripe and reconnect via the plugin’s general settings. This has happened to us several times in a week.

    Can you help me with this issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @ximenavin,

    Our analysis indicates that the error is indicative of an expired?access token within the transaction request. This situation appears to have arisen from an?empty string being submitted in the access token request, which has hindered Stripe’s ability to generate a valid token.

    We are currently looking to your past logs that you shared with us.
