    Dear ReviewX Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am encountering an issue with the ReviewX plugin on my WordPress website (https://maguenblu.com). When using the plugin, the following JavaScript error appears in the browser console:

    Steps I’ve Taken So Far:

    1. Cleared browser cache and site cache.
    2. Disabled other plugins to check for conflicts (issue persists).
    3. Switched to a default WordPress theme to rule out theme conflicts (issue persists).
    4. Reinstalled the ReviewX plugin.

    Despite these steps, the error remains unresolved. This issue is affecting the functionality/display of [describe how it’s affecting your site, e.g., product reviews not showing correctly].
