Pixel without events

    Hello,

    I installed the plugin and it doesn’t show me any events. Not in TikTok Pixel Helper but not in test events. It only shows me PageView. What am I doing wrong?

    I also activated Enable Advanced Matching within the plugin but still did not display any events.

    I read somewhere that this plugin is not a browser based event pixel so it will not show up if I’m using the TikTok Pixel Helper but shouldn’t it show me something in Test Events? How do I know if it works or not?

    Hello @bilzone!

    If you are using just the WordPress plugin with TikTok we are only able to support Pageview events natively at this moment. You can add additional events to your webpage via the TikTok Event Builder which our plugin also has entry points for if you’re only receiving Pageview events at the moment. Please let me know if this doesn’t solve your issue!
