• Hello,

    We use your paid version of WPML. Everything works fine, the import of products together with the import of translation was successful. The only problem is that the translated products have only a main image, but no more images in the gallery (they actually have no images in the gallery, I checked it on the product edition).

    I tried the option to synchronize images in the “Media Translation” tab, but it did not help.

    Please help.

    1. Go to “Products” and edit an original product (default language) in the WordPress editor.
    2. In the right sidebar, under the “Language” section, ensure that both “Duplicate uploaded media to translations” and “Duplicate featured image to translations” options are checked.
    3. Then, try synchronizing your media again:
      • Go to “WPML > Settings > Media Translation”
      • Make sure the first four checkboxes are checked
      • Click on “Start”
    4. Lastly, since you mentioned importing your products, please refer to this documentation to ensure that you completed all the necessary steps during the import process.

    Yes, each product has enable these 2 options “Duplicate uploaded media to translations” and “Duplicate featured image to translations”

    In “WPML > Settings > Media Translation” I can not check box “Set language information for existing media” Do you know why ?
