So maybe it was a network issue.
It could be because I did some tests with different browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari & Edge. All of them show a second form with the reCAPTCHA, not the first one.

But even if we consider it as a network issue, then why only captcha from forminator forms is not visible but captcha from other form is showing?
Currently, the second form displays the reCAPTCHA. If we take a closer look at the browser—right-click, inspect, navigate to elements, and search for reCAPTCHA —we can see the instance of reCAPTCHA for the first form, suggesting it could be related to a conflict issue.

For further investigation, you can check the reCAPTCHA display alignment to see if the first form of reCAPTCHA is set to hidden or not. You can refer to this documentation for the steps: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#recaptcha-alignment
If still, the above method doesn’t help to resolve the issue. You can share both form of export files so we can check them by adding same situation on our test site.
