Kadence advanced header block

To be honest, I’m not sure why their support staff sent you to us. We will not be able to provide assistance for configuring plugins or services from other vendors, I’m afraid, if that’s what you are asking.

Did they provide any details about why this doesn’t work? I can say for sure that we are not blocking anything from working, and we have clients with the most impossible combinations you can think of, working perfectly.

Could you please provide more details about this workflow? Maybe I’m overlooking something and do not understand what their staff referenced here.

Hi, thank you for your reply. It is not about not working, it is about how to use the created block to replace the Blocksy header. Kadence offers instructions on how to do this in FSE themes and in their own Kadence theme, but not how to do this in a different regular theme. Hm, so I see this is a Gutenberg block of theirs. In the case that Gutenberg blocks must be used for creating the header, there is a possibility of doing so with Blocksy, but it would require Blocksy Pro.

The documentation for this feature can be found here: https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/modules/content-blocks-header-template/. It should work out of the box with any Gutenberg based plugin.
