    Hello @pemot

    Sorry this happened to you.
Unfortunately I can’t help with so few information.

Example of info I could need:

    • server type
    • the version number of WordPress
    • the version number of the plugin (there were 3 updates recently)
    • the type of error you get.

WordPress isn’t suppose to allow the installation of a plugin that run into a fatal error (my definition of crash), so try:

    • uninstall the plugin
    • re-install the plugin
    • catch the error you get at the installation if it happens again.

I’ll try multiple scenario in the meantime, but as you can imagine I also have multiple websites that are running with this plugin, and everything’s fine at the moment ??

    Hello @pemot ,

New updates 1.4.0 including a lot of options and rework.
If you plan on updating, do it first in a safe environment.

FYI, if you can’t provide more info I won’t be able to help you, and would probably have to close this ticket to keep track of active ones.

    Thank you for your understanding.
