we have installed your plugin succesfully in our posts, but we have amp version for mobile, and the styles are lost and we don’t reach any image, but the information is correctly extracted from the ig feed.

I know that amp is a very reduced version and optimization for post, but there is any chance that we can add the styles somehow??

Thank you very much for your attention and help

    Hi @victoriamarin,

We do not have an easy way to add back CSS removed by an AMP plugin. Some AMP plugins have the option to exclude plugin CSS files from optimization. Please check if this option is available for you and exclude the /wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/css/sbi-styles.min.css file. Beyond that, you will have to create custom CSS and add it with a code snippet plugin like WP Code.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello! thank you for your answer! Is there any possibility that you know any amp plugin that it doesn’t interfere with your options plugin? I have been checking also img petitions and it doesn’t fetch the correct ones. We have now installed and running with Accelerated Mobile Pages.

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hi @victoriamarin,

I doubt there is an AMP plugin that wouldn’t conflict with the Instagram Feed plugin.

AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) plugins all work in a fundamentally similar way – they create simplified versions of your pages to make them load faster on mobile devices. It’s like creating a “lite” version of your website. When doing this, these plugins need to strip out certain features and modify how things work.

To use an analogy – it’s similar to making a condensed version of a book. No matter which method you use to create the summary, you’ll always lose some of the original details and features in the process.

To continue using an AMP plugin with your Instagram Feed, you will have to create custom CSS for your Instagram feed.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
