    Seriously, look at these reviews! This is not a few unhappy people, this update is terrible and mostly unusable. Give me back my jobs access, backup access and functions no longer hidden. Code is buggy as well, after one single try to backup a DB only (one of my specific JOBS), the plugin proceeded to continually create backups until I could stop the process. Fire your MBA’s, they don’t know what the hell a backup program is, let alone should do.

    We hear your frustration, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We sincerely apologize for the disruption the update has caused.

    We are actively working to make this right. We’ve already brought back custom scheduling, backup history, and the ability to use ZIP compression via a helper plugin (soon to be integrated fully). We’re also actively working on removing the two-job limit, bringing back better job customization, and improving usability. We will also address all bugs identified.

    We’re committed to improving the user experience and ensuring BackWPup works the way you need it to. If you’d prefer to roll back while we continue refining the plugin, you can do so here.
