I would like to translate the following button texts into French:
- Continue Reading
- Previous/Next Post
How can I do that? Is there a CSS code that could help me do that?

Thank you for your reply. Could it be possible to do this without using a plugin? Just by adding text/code in the “Additional CSS” option of the theme customizer?
