• If you or a visitor try to use the form to create a quote for a guest (someone without an account on your site) it won’t create the quote, if you or a visitor try to create a quote for a user, the quote is created but a client is not and the quote does not get tied to the users account…

    Tried to contact sliced to inform them but they don’t respond to emails or tickets so I can only assume this paid for plugin is abandoned…

    Hi there,

    It is a great pity that you decided to give us a 1-star review. You did log a support ticket. We replied to your ticket noting our office hours. You requested a refund which we processed immediately. If you sent any emails to [email protected] you would have received a reply noting that this inbox is only for pre-sales queries and that a ticket needs to be logged for any other queries. Our plugin is not abandoned.

    It is false that we did not respond to your emails or support tickets.

    I opened a ticket on Tuesday, waited 3 business days with no HUMAN response (I don’t count canned responses simply saying it was received) before I gave up, so well within office hours…. As for the refund I issued a chargeback through my bank so of course you responded.

    As for abandoned, this plugin has not been updated in over 3 years, even WordPress has a cautionary note at the top of your plugin warning people that it has not been tested in the last 3 major WP releases, that coupled with no human responses to tickets gives a strong case to assume the plugin is abandoned.
