How to delete starter template and images?

Hi,

A client was testing different themes and she installed the Lisa Martin Coaching starter template without realising what she was doing. Now she has all these images and templates for her website which she doesn’t want.

We deleted the starter templates plugin and deleted the Astra theme. However all the images are still there, and when she changes themes some of the Lisa Martin information is still there.

How do we completely remove the starter template that she installed?

Unfortunately she did not do a website backup before she did this so we can’t simply restore from a previous backup.
