hello first of all i dont know but i see this error of admin-ajax.php I dont know why?

The 400 (Bad Request) error is usually caused by code triggering a browser request that the server cannot understand. It can happen due to Plugin or Theme Conflicts: Sometimes, conflicts arise from plugins or themes.

To identify the culprit: Deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the error disappears, reactivate each plugin one by one and test to identify the conflicting plugin. However, Corrupted cache or cookies can cause this error. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try accessing your site again.

Regarding the second issue, It’s concerning that orders are recorded on your website but not reflected in your payment gateway providers, except for cash on delivery.

To troubleshoot, would you provide us with the order notes of affected orders by going to WooCommerce > Orders? If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used to easily share screenshots.

It would also help us to review your current System Status Report to gain more insight into your setup. You can find this report in your WooCommerce dashboard by going to WooCommerce > Status. From there, please select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs related to orders, please share those as well. These can be accessed under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it into a Code block in your reply or use pastebin.com and share the link with us.

Dear thank you for your prompt reply the 400 issue was from Chaty Plugin which I disabled and used another plugin for whatsApp.

For orders please find the status report and links of orders snaps, please note there are fatal errors but not related to Orders, I have added only 2 orders here both show processing in order notes one from Card Payment one from Tabby ( Installment ) but none of them exist in their respective portal, I asked payment gateways they say if order is placed there should be deduction from customers and there is not. As as per them its from the website, however from woocommerce logs I can not see any error or delay. pl support

Also for many orders often on the backend table of orders it does not show the payment method so I have to get inside the order to check this order is from where? Now this type of issue I can not troubleshoot because the payment method appears on orders page automatically not sure what to do with such orders , if it from the payment gateway apis issue or from our website. pl refer to image also

I checked your site’s report and noticed only one payment gateway, the Tabby Checkout.
I do not see anything wrong with the report.

Could you share details about other payment gateways?
It would be great if you could also share screenshots of the paymenty method configurations.

Is this issue happening consistently for all orders?
Have you been able to replicate the issue by placing a few test orders?

Lastly, please share fatal error logs with me.
I understand they are not related but having a look might give me a clue.

Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

Dear we had one more order which appeared in the website as paid order but does not exist in portal, pl note there are 2 payment gateway one for card one for tabby, i m not sure why you are not able to see this in the status report.

These are the screenshot for recent order which was unpaid but showing paid, I also pasted the error log for the 12th Feb. For the payment gateway configuration its only the id and api password and no more additional setting for both tabby and card payment.

I understand you had one more order for which the payment was not reflected in the portal.
This order shows a Cancelled status, did you cancel it manually?

I checked the report and I can confirm you have two payment gateways:
1- N-Genius Payment Gateway
2- Tabby Checkout

Could you please answer these two questions?
– Is this issue happening consistently for all orders?
– Have you been able to replicate the issue by placing a few test orders?

It sounds like the Webhooks responsible for communication between your site and the payment portal are not working. It would be helpful to know the frequency of the problem and whether it can be reproduced by placing a test order similar to the affected order.

The error log shows errors from two plugins:
– Dr scan 360 Custom API Plugin
– WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency

If you can reproduce the error, I recommend disabling these two plugins and reproducing the issue again.

Lastly, I recommend contacting the support of your payment gateways.
They should be able to tell us more about the issue.
Please share with me what they say about this issue.

This is not as frequent but it happens you can say every 4th order is like this, however I can not replicate it by myself or steps to debug it. Before checking here I have checked support of both of the payment gateways and both are saying the same thing if the order is paid it will reflect in the portal if it is not paid it wont,

Truthfully the issue might be from the website itself because we disable N Genius card payment and used another one but still occassionally the error show up so 3 payment gateway could not have the same issue,

Yes we make it manually cancelled as there are hundreds of such orders in the past which we manually cancel them.

Additionally, checking the WooCommerce logs for payment-related errors and reviewing the webhook status under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions can provide more insight. If the webhooks responsible for communicating payment confirmations are failing or delayed, that could explain why some orders are marked as paid on the site but do not appear in the payment provider’s portal.

Dear thank you for your reply, We do have a staging site mydemo2.wpenginepowered.com, the thing is it does not produce on cash on delivery, there are no logs for any kind of errors. For cards testing, in the past i did some testing but i was not able to product the error as i said its not as frequent and I can not make unlimited transactions. However the issue persists. Sometimes it may be due to user own browser setting or some kind of scrips blocker I am really not sure. But website marks processing for such orders and it has no history or existence :S

Since Cash on Delivery is working as expected, WooCommerce itself is processing orders correctly. The issue seems specific to your payment gateway integrations.
