Slows down the admin panel and the website overall

This plugin used to work well, but recently, my WordPress admin slowed down drastically (2-3 minutes per action). I spent four days troubleshooting—checking server response times with SiteGround, disabling plugins one by one, optimizing caching in PHP files, and even completely removing SG Optimizer.

Without SG Optimizer, my site worked fine. The moment I reinstalled it, the admin froze again and became nearly unusable. This plugin conflicts with other caching settings, overrides configurations, and causes severe performance issues.

It also creates persistent issues—even after removal, lingering settings affected my site, requiring manual cleanup. I do not recommend it. If you value site speed and stability, there are better alternatives.”
