Mobile popup menu background

  • My popup menu background is white and I need to change. I tried a few CSS, but they don’t work. Was also advised to do it via Site Editor, but I don’t see Site Editor. Please help.

    I see that this topic is popular on the forum, but no support. Is this a problem that cannot be resolved by WordPress? Appreciate any response as my site is live and mobile menu is hard to be seen.
