Hi, I have been dealing with a problem where the browser would freeze every few minutes when I clicked ‘save’ on on post or page I was working on (the save button would turn to ‘saving’ and then get stuck). This only ever occurs if the Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features plugin (version 3.4.9) is active.

Once the page is frozen, I am unable to refresh that page. I am unable to open a new tab and navigate to anywhere in my site. I need to first close the page that is frozen and only then am I able to log back in to continue working on my site.

I have deactivated my other plugins (LearnDash) to see if there is a conflict but it’s only when Kadence Blocks is active.

What could I do to fix this issue? (I have WordPress version 6.7.2)

To resolve the issue, please check the following points:

- Can you check with your hosting team if there is any?error log, so we can check the root cause of the issue?
- Could you check your browser console log and see if there are any errors (texts that are in the color red)? - Also, clear the website cache by following this article:?Clearing Your Website Cache.

Hi @architabasandrai20

Thanks for your reply. I checked all the minimum requirements and they are all met. I have tried clearing the cache as well. My hosting is a VPS so I can’t check error logs with them. There are no red errors in the browser console log.

Not much to go on unfortunately, but is there anything else you can suggest?
