Job Applications Not Being Captured

When an applicant fills out an application, the page just refreshes but does not record and save the application to the Admin Application dashboard. The applicant and the admin do not get confirmation emails or notifications.

When I login as an admin, navigate to a job post and submit an application, however, it works as intended.
