Courses unavailable after payments

Hello Support Team,
My name is Stefano, and I manage a WordPress website dedicated to yoga video courses. On my site, I use LearnPress for course management and Paid Memberships Pro for handling memberships, integrated via the Paid Memberships Pro Add-On for LearnPress.
I am experiencing the following issue: when a customer activates or renews their subscription, the associated courses remain locked and inaccessible, preventing access to the purchased content.
I have verified that all plugins are up-to-date and that the settings are configured correctly, but the problem persists. Could you please advise if this is a known issue and if there are any solutions or workarounds available?
I am happy to provide further details (logs, plugin versions, etc.) if needed.
I think, maybe, the problem is in addon Paid Memberships Pro Add-On for LearnPress, it has an expired license
