Order not showing in Dashboard but Shows in Stripe

I understand your concern. To assist you further, could you please confirm whether this issue occurs for all orders paid via Afterpay or just specific ones? Also, do all orders placed with any payment method fail to appear in the dashboard, or is it only affecting Afterpay transactions?

Additionally, have you received new order emails for the missing orders?

If the issue persists, please enable the Stripe error log by going to WooCommerce > Payments > Stripe > Settings, scroll down to the Advanced tab, and check the Error Log option. Then, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs,

Also, I’d like to understand your site setup better. Could you please share the System Status Report, which you can find under WooCommerce → Status?

This issue is just for a specific transaction, all the other orders that are paid through Afterpay doesn’t have any issue. Only this specific transaction failed to show in dashboard.

No we didn’t receive an email about this order, we knew there was an order when our customer reached out to us looking for her order.
