Allow file upload in the registration form and other questions

    Hello,

    I recently started building a WooCommerce store for a client in Germany that will exclusively sell cosmetic and nail polish products. My client requires a registration process where users must upload a certification file/image, which she will manually review to approve or deny the registration.

    Can this functionality be achieved with Germanized, or would you recommend a specific registration plugin for this feature?

    Additionally, before purchasing the Pro version, I would like to confirm its compatibility with the plugins I am currently using:

    • Elementor/Pro
    • FilterEverything Pro
    • B2B King
    • Complianz
    • TranslatePress
    • SlimSEO
    • Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce

    Lastly, is there an English version of the documentation available? I am currently using Chrome’s translation feature, but it becomes inconvenient as the page refreshes.

    No, that’s not part of our plugin – you may need another plugin for that. I don’t have a specific recommendation for you as I’ve not yet tested that but I guess there do exist many “file upload plugins for WooCommerce”.

    Regarding compatibility. As always: It depends. TranslatePress is a big plugin that turns your wp site into a multi language site. What do you want to translate exactly? You won’t be able to tanslate invoices nor other documents created by Germanized Pro with TranslatePress. We currently offer a WPML compatibility for that though.

    Lastly, is there an English version of the documentation available? I am currently using Chrome’s translation feature, but it becomes inconvenient as the page refreshes.

    Unfortunately we do not (yet) offer an english version of our documentation but that is on our roadmap.

    Hi Dennis,

    Thank you so much for the quick reply! It seems everything is perfectly compatible with Germanized.

    I purchased the Germanized Pro version. The number of options felt a bit too much at first, but after checking them one by one, I found my way around.

    You’ve done an amazing job with the plugin!

    The only thing on my wish list now is English documentation, especially with video tutorials. My client wants DHL integration, and I’m a bit stuck since the only video I found was in German ??.
