Thank you for sharing more details.

Next things to troubleshoot this would be:

1. Try to add a simple text block in the footer on mobile, instead of what you currently have, to make sure that this is not influenced by the blocks/widgets you currently have there
2. Check if there is any plugin conflict that’s causing this, by following the steps here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide
