    Hi @karan346,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please check if you have this option enabled in your Pinterest feed settings: https://prnt.sc/mIdySqYmQ9Bp. This setting ensures that variable products are included in the feed.

If you have already enabled it and are still facing the issue, please let us know so we can investigate the problem further.

    Looking forward to your response!

Is there any way i can modify the XML tag name from <g:title> to <title>. I am facing issues with uploading the Pinterest RSS feed to Pinterest.

    Hi @karan346,

Currently, it is not possible to modify the XML tag names in the feed. The plugin is designed to generate the feed with <g:title> as per the feed specifications.

However, we’d love to assist you further. Could you please let us know the specific issue you’re facing when uploading the feed to Pinterest? We can investigate whether the format is incompatible with Pinterest and explore potential solutions.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hey @mdrazunmia

I have been trying to use the RSS Feed for Auto Publishing Pins using RSS Feed but I have been facing an error.

Error => Links in the RSS feed are not under the claimed domain

I have gone through the whole RSS feed and couldn’t find a link which is not of the verified domain. The RSS feed link is also of the verified link.

    Hi @karan346 ,

Thank you for the additional information. The issue you’re encountering with Pinterest displaying “not from the claimed domain” typically happens when the products in your feed link to a domain that hasn’t been claimed or verified on your Pinterest account.

Here’s how you can resolve this:

    Verify Your Domain on Pinterest:
Ensure the domain associated with your product URLs is claimed in your Pinterest account.

    Regenerate the Feed:
Once the domain is claimed and the URLs are verified, regenerate the Pinterest feed using the Product Feed Manager plugin and re-upload it to Pinterest.

If the issue persists after following these steps, please share more details about your setup so we can assist you further. We’re here to help!

      Best regards,

      Hey @mdrazunmia

I have gone through the following steps. I am still getting the same error. I have verified that the URLs in the RSS feed and the claimed website URL is same.

      RSS Feed => https://lolaandveranda.com/wp-content/uploads/rex-feed/feed-31575.xml

      Hi @karan346,

Thank you for providing the feed link.

Upon reviewing your feed at https://lolaandveranda.com/wp-content/uploads/rex-feed/feed-31575.xml, it appears that the <link> tags within each <item> correctly reference your claimed domain, lolaandveranda.com. However, the error message from Pinterest, “Links in the RSS feed are not under the claimed domain,” suggests a discrepancy.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

      1. Verify Domain Claiming: Ensure that lolaandveranda.com is properly claimed in your Pinterest business account. You can verify this by:
        • Logging into your Pinterest business account.
        • Navigating to Settings > Claimed Accounts.
        • Confirming that your domain is listed as claimed.
      2. Check for Subdomain or Protocol Variations: Ensure that the URLs in your feed and your claimed domain match exactly, including the use of www (e.g., https://www.lolaandveranda.com) or the protocol (http vs. https). Mismatches can cause Pinterest to perceive them as different domains.
      3. Contact Pinterest Support: If you’ve verified that your domain is correctly claimed and your feed adheres to the required format, but the issue persists, it would be beneficial to reach out to Pinterest Support for further assistance.

Please let us know your findings.

      Best regards,
