I am getting the following error in my browser console from this plugin, and some of my javascript based widgets fail to initialize:

jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘tools’)
    at Frontend.initOnReadyComponents (frontend.min.js?ver=3.27.5:2:7464)
    at Frontend.init (frontend.min.js?ver=3.27.5:2:9368)
    at HTMLDocument. (frontend.min.js?ver=3.27.5:2:9594)
    at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27028)
    at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27330)

Elementor is not the culprit here though, if. I deactivate UAE Lite then the error goes away.

    Hi @zkingdesign,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the issue you’re experiencing.

We attempted to replicate the scenario but were unable to do so. To assist you better, could you please share the versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro, and UAE Lite that you are currently using? Additionally, it would be useful to know which specific widgets are failing to initialize.

Could you also clarify whether the errors occur when you are editing the page, in the admin backend, or on the frontend of your website? Gathering this information will help us identify the root cause of the issue and work toward a solution.

Alternatively, a screen recording of the issue would greatly assist my team in finding a fix more quickly.

Thank you for your patience. We look forward to resolving this for you!

    Best regards,
    Avi (Team Ultimate Elementor)

    Hi @bsfavinash ,

Thanks for the quick response, so here are some more details that you’ve requested:

    Elementor version: 3.27.5
Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite: 2.2.0

And yeah there is a specific widget that fails to initialize which is included in my theme, it’s a simple carousel. But if I disable UAE, then the error from the console dissapears and it starts working again.

And another interesting thing is that the error appears only when the customer is logged in, for a guest, there is no error, and the carousel works as expected.

Thank you for the information, @zkingdesign.

My team reviewed the details and attempted to replicate the error you’re experiencing with the logged-in customer type. However, we were unable to reproduce the issue. It appears that this may be specific to your setup. To confirm this, we need to understand your configuration better.

We noticed that you are using a child theme, and we’d like to know if you have used any custom code in that child theme. This could potentially be contributing to the error affecting logged-in users. In this case, I recommend temporarily switching to the parent theme to see if the error exists. If the error disappears when using the parent theme, we will need to identify a solution to ensure your custom code works correctly.

Additionally, you can try deactivating the “Switch Editor Loader Method” in Elementor settings. To do this, go to the Elementor Settings, click on the “Advanced” tab, and select “Disable” from the dropdown menu next to “Switch Editor Loader Method.”

Please let us know how it goes. We are here to assist you in resolving this issue.

Alternatively, you can contact us through our official support page, where our team is available to help you get everything up and running as quickly as possible.

    Thank you!
