Counter Widget Not Working (No Animation)

Hi,

First of all, i want to say how great of a plugin it is but unfortunately, i got this problem where my counter widget only show the number 0 with no animation at all. Any idea on how to solve this problem? i tried everything from clearing cache, deactivating plugin, and many other steps.

Is there any way for me to fix the animation problem and make the widget count? Really hoping for a solution
