I turned debugging on and am not getting any errors logged.

I was able to replicate the issue on your dev environment and observed a couple of JavaScript errors in the browser console.

I understand the issue is only showing up when the latest version of Smush is active on the website. However, can you please perform a complete conflict test to ensure no other plugin is causing a conflict here?

I did went through and did a complete conflict test. I only have the issue when the latest version of Smush is active.

The issue was solved via an email exchange outside the forum.

For those who may be experiencing the same issue, it was resolved by turning on the “Enable native lazy loading” setting in the Smush plugin settings.
