Categories do not show after updating to v1.5.3

    I have products in sub-categories (which are selected to appear in all parent categories also) however they are not appearing in my sidebar.

    Please advise.

    Can you post a screenshot of your Product Filter > Category module settings?

    Also a screenshot of your product sub-categories structure?

    The issue could be related to “Show category hierarchy” option. Please try to uncheck that option. Will ask our developer to check & resolve this.

    Hi and thank you for looking into this. I categories now appear, however when selecting any parent category, for example ‘Celebrations & Occasions’ category, there are no products shown.

    However, I have categorised the products with all sub and parent categories, so they should be showing up?

    It should show the products when you select the parent category.

    On your category option, is the “Logic” set to “OR”?

    Category: Include Children?(?) (set to Yes), Logic?(?) (set to AND)
    Main Shop: Logical Relationship Between Taxonomies?(?) (set to AND)
