We cloned our site to a new server. Everything seemed fine until using the WooCommerce app and the JetPack stats would mess things up. To fix it, we disconnected and removed the JetPack plugin. We re-installed it and now it has created two copies of the same site in our JetPack.com account.

The JetPack stats in our website dashboard show no stats other than since we re-installed. Online on cloud.jetpack.com, however, both duplicate sites have all the same stats. How can we remove the new, duplicate site and re-access our original stats/site?

Of course, this made using the WooCommerce app even worse, as it simply threw back a “duplicate site detected” error and no longer loaded anything.

Sometimes message says the website getting many redirected requests and slowness even though the server memory is a big capacity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @dreamifly

Were both sites at the same URL or was there a URL change involved? Once we have that, we can work on sorting this out.

If you cloned from a different URL to a new URL, please share that URL here.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!
