    Hello,

    My 360° image is displayed correctly in the admin area and also in 360° format, but not in the frontend. Only a black box is displayed there! But that wasn’t the case before.

    My WordPress and WP VR-Plugin Versions are uptodate!

    Please help!

    If you are using a caching plugin, please try the following steps:

    1. Exclude WP VR assets?from the cache to ensure they load properly.
    2. Exclude the page where the VR tour is embedded?from caching. This can help prevent conflicts with the rendering.
    3. Clear your cache?and check if the issue persists.

    Hello Fatema,

    your reference to caching helped me to get closer to the matter. However, caching was not the problem, but the plugin “Jetpack” option “Boost” and there the sub-option “Delay non-essential JavaScript”. Here this sub-option was activated and I have now deactivated it and now the 360° image works in the frontend!!
