Feed suddenly dropped from 800+ products to 150

    Hi there,

    The feed settings etc haven’t been touched for almost 2 years and there was no changes to the website categories/structure.
    I received a notification yesterday from Google Merchant Center that we had a drop from 800+ products down to 150.
    I checked the feed and indeed there’s only 150 products to it.
    What happened? I’ve not touched the feed for a long time, nor have we updated our wordpress site.

    This was very sudden.

    Hi @alekosk ,

    Can you please try manually refreshing the feed and see if that fixes the product count? If not, please try creating a new/fresh feed and see if the feed contain all feeds.

    Nothing.. I refreshed the feed, same data in it. I also duplicated the feed and also the duplicated one contains also 150 products :/

    any idea?

    hey @superlemon1998 for some weird reason I noticed that all tshirts/hoodies/pants etc are not shown on the feed. Just some accessories.

    It’s so weird as the feed wasn’t touched for years, yet suddenly it decided to drop our main merchandise items and allow just the accessories :/

    ok I fixed it. I removed something for the filters that for some reason was causing this although we never had this issue before. thanks anyway
