Payment Amount Field not Showing

    Version 1.2.11

    The payment amount field is toggled to show but is not appearing on the form at the bottom of our landing page. Paypal nor Stripe payments won’t go through because there is no payment field.

    It was working last year and there seems to be no prompt to update the plugin. I’ve also tried reactivating the plugin.

    Thanks for sharing the URL with us. I tried to visit the URL to check the issue but it is showing that “This site can’t be reached”. Will you please check once again? However, will you please tell me if you are using which widget for the Better Payment on your end? Is it the Form widget or Better Payment? so that I can check and assist you.

    I have checked on my end with the Better Payment widget and found that the payment amount field is visible.
