Suddenly Contact form 7 Submission failing from 12th Feb 2025 onwards

Hello,

I am facing issue while doing form submission using contact form 7.

WordPress version: 6.5.5
Contact form 7 version : 5.9.8

It was all working well but suddenly I noticed I was not getting booking emails from my website. The last email I got was on 12th Feb 2025.

Then I noticed, the form submissions are failing like below –

Below are current plugins installed.
Duplicate Page
Elementor
Hostinger tools
Litespeed cache
Rankmath

CF7 was all good with these plugins. But suddenly it starts to fail.

Is it a problem with plugin ? Where can I see error logs on server to know what is causing this issue?
