Form not sending leads to desired recipient

    Hi,

    The lead form on is not sending leads to the desired address. When submitting a test lead, we get a confirmation of submission email. But the lead details are not being sent to the required address [ email deleted ].

    Any support as to how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    Hi @takayukister thanks for the response. The form on the homepage is actually not sending confirmation of submission emails to the lead at all.

    But the forms elsewhere on the page (under Use Cases, Industries & Contact Us) are sending the submission email to the lead, but not sending lead details to admin

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

    @jfrancis42 please do not openly post unobfuscated email addresses of real people. There is a public forum and its scraped by search engines and other bots.
