Linking email capture to our CRM

    The email capture is in the footer. Very simple – I get the emails in my email at this time.
    We would like to like directly to our CRM via API so we can prompt for more information such as name in addition to email and then create a CRM entry so newsletter receipt becomes automatic,

    We are using WordPress 6.7.2 running?bootScore Child?theme.
    Contact Form 7 Version 6.0.4?

    I am very new to WordPress, learning as I go, and only just started with Contact Form 7 – it was installed years ago and I found it so we could do this but I don’t understand or see where I would put an API link.
