• Everest (non-Pro) plugin ignores Smart Tags in Notification profile Subject and Email Message fields. Everest successfully sends emails with the static text (see Example below), but doesn’t print the content that should be populated from the Smart Tag.

    MY GOAL is to send a message where recipient sees the page title from the web page the form is published on as the notification email Subject, plus the email message body is footnoted with that same page’s URL. My test form is very barebones and only has Name, Email, and Message fields.

    Example for what I’ve entered in the Email > Email Notifications > custom email profile:

    Notification Subject field:
    “New message from AFSR: {page_title}”

    Notification Email Message field:
    {all_fields}

    ———–
    This message sent from the form on {page_url}

    The results in my test emails are:
    – Email Subject shows: New message from:
    – Email Message shows: This message sent from the form on

    I notice the Everest Documentation clearly says these tags should work in the fields I’m using:
    https://docs.everestforms.net/docs/how-to-use-smart-tags/

    HELP: Am I missing something obvious or is this a bug?

    Any help is much appreciated to get Smart Tags to work like I assume they’re supposed to.
