Product image gallery not showing

Hi, I am new to WordPress and I am trying to create a store for my new company.
I have installed the Ruby eCommerce theme and started updating and customizing it.
Recently though I’ve encountered several issues that I can’t seem to resolve.
The issues all seem to be on the product specific pages (at least, that’s where I’ve noticed them).

Originally, my custom header and footers were not showing on this page, but I noticed that these tags were not referencing the correct template parts in code, so I just updated those and it resolved this issue. The other issue that also started at the same time was that the product image gallery isn’t showing any of the images linked to the products.

I have switched to a different theme (Twenty Twenty-One, specifically) and the images do show for this theme. I also attempted to remove the Ruby theme completely and then start over again, but my previous settings and preferences seem to persist somewhere (I checked on my hosting and couldn’t find any files or DB entries referencing the them) so I can’t start from fresh to see what causes the issue.

Unfortunately I made a lot of changes before noticing the issue so I’m not sure what I did to cause the issue, although I believe it happened when I later added the Superb Addons plugin which I have since removed.
